The Brief / Challenge
Boost brand awareness and increase followers by creating engaging recipe-led content. The goal was to remind audiences of kaWan’s familiar flavours while positioning the brand as a versatile & easy modern kitchen companion in a competitive frozen food category.
My Role
Oversaw multi-platform content strategy, copywriting, and creative direction. Developed content pillars, guided visual storytelling, and collaborated with designers to create recipes and lifestyle content that drove steady follower growth and strengthened kaWan Food’s digital presence.

Reimagined everyday Malaysian comfort foods by adding creative spins, inspiring audiences to see kaWan products as both nostalgic and versatile for modern cooking.

The Brief / Challenge
Increase engagement among Watsons’ social media community through fresh, interactive, and consistent content across multiple platforms.
My Role
Created monthly engagement-focused content tailored to Watsons’ fans, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns and brand voice. Supported the team across the full production process — from ideation and directing shoots to photography, video editing, and simple animation — delivering engaging assets across platforms.
The IG reels featuring Naturals by Watsons product refilling station reached Watsons’ all-time high organic view count (>129k views) within the first 5 hours of posting on Instagram.
